My fingers are crossed! Currently awaiting review for the iOS version of iEquals Free Formula Solver on the AppStore. If approved, it will be my first app submission and many more useful tools to enhance education will follow. Look forward to its release on August 8th, 2013.
If you would like a quick look at iEquals Formula Solver in action visit the YouTube video. In the video we are solving for time, t, in the Kinematic Equation 4 formula. And you ask what sets this solver apart from the many others? It is the ability to change units with ease and the display of a clean image for the equation in question. Additionally, there are hundreds of units are available for you to choose from, ensuring that you don’t lose marks for simple unit conversions gone wrong.
The goal here is to aid students in double checking their homework and giving them the confidence to move on to the next question knowing that their previous answer was correct. Thanks for your interest and support in this tool which enhances the learning of high school and university students.
Be well!
